Any questions about the gathering? Look at our Frequently Asked Questions page.
This year there will be strictly no refunds given after 28th May at 5pm. After that date you can sell your ticket to someone else through our facebook page, but we won’t be issuing any refunds.
Sliding scale pricing system
Tickets are charged on a sliding scale basis. This means that you choose which ticket price to pay based on your income level. All the tickets cover the whole three days of the gathering.
A sliding scale is a fee system that is used worldwide to aim for equal accessibility to services. Paying according to one’s available resources creates a more equitable system for pricing of products and services. If a sliding scale is implemented effectively, everyone pays a similar percentage of their income for the same services.
The gathering costs a fair bit to put on – we ask people if you are buying a ticket to please give generously. Ticket buyers’ support enables some people without resources to be able to attend through this scheme. Any donations are also always really welcome!
On the ticket buying website you will be asked to choose your ticket price, from £45 to £115.
The ticket for entry does not include meal tickets. Meal tickets will be available from the welcome desk when you arrive, at around £16 for the weekend or £8 per day. The first meal will be Friday evening. Meals will be vegetarian or vegan.
Under 16’s don’t need to buy a ticket, and get discounted meals.
Through the sliding scale we want to make the gathering as accessible as possible whilst still being sustainable. However, we recognise that buying a ticket plus travel costs might still be unaffordable for some. We therefore offer a limited number of free tickets and/or support with travel costs. See the subsidised tickets page for more details.
