Bristol Radical Herbalism Gathering 2018

We are very excited to announce the Bristol Radical Herbalism Gathering on Saturday 10th November 2018.

In 2018 we are taking a year off from the main gathering in the field in Shropshire and connecting with radical herbal roots in our cities around the country. After London’s in July and Manchester’s in September, the Bristol contingent are gearing up for our gathering in November.

Please join us for a day of workshops, discussions and herbal skillshares.

Radical Herbalism is about tackling the root causes of ill health. It combines environmental and social justice, practical herbal medicine and radical approaches to healthcare. The Bristol gathering focuses on local issues that affect our health and wellbeing including tackling structural racism, housing rights, fighting ‘austerity’ cuts, defending the NHS, Bristol’s immigration policies and grassroots organising for social justice. Herbal medicine, connecting us with our local plants and empowering us to look after ourselves, is a key part of this conversation.
